Gearbox Fault Diagnosis Based on Gramian Angular Field and CSKD-ResNeXt

For most rotating mechanical transmission systems, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the gearbox are great significance to avoid accidents maintain stability in operation. To strengthen comprehensiveness feature extraction improve utilization rate signals accurately identify different operating states a gearbox, model combining Gramian angular field (GAF) CSKD-ResNeXt (channel shuffle kernel decomposed ResNeXt) was proposed. The original one-dimensional vibration signal converted into two-dimensional image by GAF transformation, used as input subsequent network. solve problem channel independence incomplete information caused group convolution, idea is introduced enable branches convolution part establish exchange. In addition, semantic expression ability model, convolutional network backbone split replaced. verified under working conditions compared with other methods. experimental results show that diagnostic accuracy up 99.75%, precise identification faults realized.
